Who it is for (and who should pick something else)

Choose it if you keep guppies, endlers, tetras, rasboras, danios, small barbs or dwarf gouramis and want a soft daily pellet with colour and immunity support.

If you keep larger or mixed-size fish, Life AAYU Neutral Fish Food comes in more pellet sizes. For deeper reds and oranges, try Life AAYU Red Fish Food. For a protein treat, add Life AAYU Blood Worm Pellets. For a Japanese alternative for guppies, see Hikari Fancy Guppy. Fish that need a sinking or herbivore diet should get their own food.

How to feed Life AAYU Tropical Treats

• The "1, 2 ka 4" formula: one fish, two feeds a day, four pellets per feed.
• Portion: only what your fish finish in 2 to 3 minutes; remove uneaten food.
• Adjust: change the amount for fish size and the number of fish in the tank.
• Weekly boost: the maker suggests pairing it weekly with Life AAYU Nutro Fit Plus for extra immunity support.
• Storage: reseal the pouch after each use and keep it cool and dry, away from sunlight.

How much should I feed with the 1, 2 ka 4 formula?

The formula is one fish, two feeds a day, four pellets per feed. Adjust for fish size and the number of fish, and only feed what is eaten in 2 to 3 minutes. Remove uneaten food to keep the water clean.

It is soft micro-pellet food described as compatible with shrimp and planted tanks. In small tanks feed very little and remove leftovers, because food waste affects water quickly. Always watch your shrimp.
