We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened (for consumables), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at fishbazaarr@gmail.com or +91 9152330102 if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including live plants, perishable goods, custom or special orders, and opened consumables such as fish food, medicines, and water treatments, for hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item's eligibility.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item (once the return is accepted) and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at fishbazaarr@gmail.com.
