Shipping

  • Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 7 business days of purchase. You'll receive a notification once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders within India. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Before shipping, we conduct a video confirmation of your product to ensure it matches your order and is in perfect condition. We'll share this video with you for peace of mind.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp to follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 1 day of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges: We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fishbazaar@gmail.com within the return window.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification regarding your refund approval or rejection.
  • Approval: Approved refunds will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
