Quality & Accuracy: Before shipping, we conduct a video confirmation of your product to ensure it matches your order and is in perfect condition. We'll share this video with you for peace of mind.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp to follow its journey to your doorstep.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order — see our Refund Policy for full details.
Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, unopened (for consumables), and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges: We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

REFUNDS
