Aechmea 'Roberto Menescal' is a glossy, deep-green collector's bromeliad with a bold, sculptural rosette, a refined statement plant for vivariums, paludariums and larger terrariums. Aechmeas are epiphytic bromeliads (family Bromeliaceae, the same tropical group as the pineapple) that hold water in a central vase, or cup. Origin and form
